“Background Due to their excellent biocompatibility, monodispersity, and magnetic resonance, iron oxide (Fe3O4) magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) have been proved useful in various biomedical applications such as contrast agent in magnetic resonance imaging [1], cellular imaging [2], drug carrier in targeted drug delivery system [3, 4], and magnetic fluids in hyperthermia [5, 6].
